Dr. Adam DeCota has spent more than a decade building a practice centered on one belief: that great dentistry solves problems at their source. Specializing in adult cosmetic and rehabilitative dentistry, Dr. Adam has invested hundreds of hours in continuing education through programs like the Seattle Study Club, the Dawson Center, and the Scottsdale Center — developing the clinical depth needed to handle complex, full-mouth cases with both precision and care. He has also completed a mini-residency in implant placement through the McGarry Implant Institute and earned recognition as one of the top 40 dentists under 40 by Incisal Edge magazine.

The cornerstone of Dr. Adam's clinical growth is his long-standing relationship with the Kois Center in Seattle — one of the most rigorous post-graduate dental programs in the country. After completing the nine-course curriculum, written examination, and clinical skills assessment required to earn his certificate, Dr. Adam went on to achieve the distinguished designation of Mentor — a role that means he now returns to teach and guide other dentists through the same advanced concepts in aesthetics, implant, and restorative dentistry. It's a responsibility he takes personally. "Becoming a Mentor has been a huge growth experience for me both personally and professionally," he shares. "As I go back and teach, I come away with even more knowledge. I truly consider this award a reward."

Beyond his clinical credentials, Dr. Adam is an active member of the St. Louis Dental Society, the Missouri Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Fenton Chamber of Commerce — reflecting a genuine commitment to both his profession and the community he serves.
